Saturday Work Call

 Well its Saturday and I have been going almost a week now.  I didn't post a food log yesterday, I actually forgot to do that before bed.  I will catch it up today.  You can view it here:  Food Log

Anyways, today I have had more energy than I have had in a long long time!  I fully serviced my lawn mower.  That is changing the oil, fuel filter, sharpened and balanced the blades and washed it.  Got it ready to go for the season.  Now, next in line is my weed eater.  It seems to be locked up, as long as my energy stays up I can fix that too!!  If you read my The Real Talk page you can see where this confidence comes from.  Enough of this boring stuff sure y'all didn't jump on here to hear this. 





Weight loss keep on going

 So I have been active and able to handle day to day things a lot better just with the 24 pounds that I have lost.  The main thing is that I am starting to see the effects in my life.  My clothes fit looser, my energy level is up, my thinking is clear, my ability to complete tasks is coming back.  Please continue to pray for me and my family.

Not What I wanted :(

Weight:  469.8 A little update So today I feel pretty good, however, a little down that the scale seems to have stalled out.  However, It is my own fault.  Yesterday doing the work, and sweating I didnt drink much water.  Which causes the body to retain everything it can fluid wise.  So I am doubling up on water today I have already drank about half a gallon.  I was a little sick, and irritable yesterday after the work.  Also, I think that the oil and grease from working on the lawn mower has effected my scale depletion as well.  With this program, I have to watch what I put on my body as well as what I put in my body as everything gets sucked in.  For instance, there are certain types of shampoos and soaps that I can use and the rest I cant.  So I think the oil and grease from yesterday has effected the progress there, teamed with the lack of hydration.
