Date Set, Green Light Go!
Date Set... My wife and I, had decided that by next Monday, January 15, 2018, I will start the 2nd phase of the program, as phase 1 is the 2 load days preceding the reduction of calories, etc. We chose this date as we were waiting on all of my supplies to come in, and to go over my blood tests with my doctor. This is a very strict, and delicate program. Do not attempt this without a doctors oversight. Again, I would suggest Dr. Hubert and Advanced Remedy Center in Tyler, Texas. Also, this date was set as this allows me to mentally prepare for this change of life. This is not a whelm here! This is a do or die (literally) situation. So, in preparation, I have had talks with my wife, with my doctor, and a few other people. There is a lot that goes into changing ones life style. Its like lottery winners, and then they are broke in a few years. They were not prepared for that change of life. I am prepared. I have...
