A Tad Bit On My Weigh Ins
So I think that I should explain my weigh ins a little bit, as the variations will be come very crucial in the long run. Due to my weight, my weigh ins can vary. The reason for the variations is because I live in a house with wood floors. Under so much weight they give ever so slightly, which means the scale can read lighter. Mind you, this variation is no more than 2 pounds tops. In order to try to get the most accurate weight possible, I weigh in the same spot every morning. In light of that, I dont want anyone thinking I am cheating or anything. If I cheat I am only cheating myself.
Gettin With It
So yesterday was fairly easy. I did have one problem around about 2:30 or so, I was a little light headed. I called my doc and he told me what to do so that doesnt happen again. One of the main things at the beginning of this is water weight will come blowing off. Literally, I went to the bathroom no less than 10 times yesterday. This is the easy weight, the fastest weight, and the weight that you can see the most improvement. It's all good though over here because I know one thing for sure: If I can make it to my goal weight it is all worth it! That's a fact! So we are still gettin with it over here!
