Water Weight
Results are staggering! The weight is coming off! This is mostly water weight. The first thing that the body does on this program is rid itself of excess water. Then the real weight loss begins. While the results are very high, and it seems that Im losing too fast, this is not the case. While this week I will lose probably close to 30 pounds, give or take a few pounds, next week the results will not be as good. Next week I may lose 10-15 pounds all week. This is simply because before my body is going to start losing fat it has to get rid of the excess of everything else - which is water. So, as of right now Im still on track to lose 250 pounds by June 1st. So, 20 pounds in 4 days aint bad at all! LOL
